Unfortunately, Rags to Riches suffers from music clearance issues, just like the most requested unreleased TV-on-DVD, The Wonder Years (also distributed by Fox).  A commercial release is virtually impossible due to the exorbitant cost of clearing the music.  However, if we all pitch in and write letters, hopefully we can convince the marketing department at Fox to make it commercially available.
